These series of excellent articles which illuminate the facts of our recent past extraordinarily well, something I think needs to be emphasised is the fact that the ANC /MK/UDF no longer saw the White govt lead by FW as actually relevant once FW had committed to so called democratic elections. This would mean 1 man 1 vote as the cacophony of liberal calls demanded from every corner of the globe ably led by the Russians, Nordic countries with the USA and UK 's liberal white apologists not far behind. The implications of the acceptance of the involvement of the ANC in democratic elections meant that the whites by simple demography were rendered irrelevant and the only obstacle the ANC's puppet masters could see in the road to power was Buthelezi's Inkatha Freedom Party founded in 1975. Numbers count and 3,170,667 registered voters don't add up to a winning combination unless FW had realised and formed a united front with Inkatha, which of course he did not, nor did the so clever NI advisers he relied on even think of it. Needless to say he never even considered getting advice from the SAPS SB or even SADF MI Politically naive! We have paid the price since then!

Thank you.
As a farmer and later a Durbanite I had my brushes with the criminals. Andy Grove's maxim "only the paranoid survive" holds true for me too.
I look forward to the next installment.
